We hope that you are happy with your order but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please contact us via email in the first instance should you wish to return an item or if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.

Returns for non-personalised & stock items
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Re-stocking fees may apply.
Returns for personalised & special order items
We do not accept returns for any items that have been personalised or embroidered in any way unless faulty. Should there be any spelling errors or mistakes with your order please contact us. Any errors made by ourselves will be rectified free of any charge to the purchaser.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is in anyway faulty. We will then refund the agreed shipping costs. All items must be returned via a tracked method.
